Android: How to Take a Bug Report

1. Open the Settings app.

2. (Only on Android 8.0 or higher) Select System.

3. Scroll down and select Developer options. (If you don't see that, you may have to enable developer options first.)

4. Select Take bug report.

5. Select Full report and tap REPORT

6. The report will be prepared in the background. Once it's ready, an Android system notification will appear. Pull down the notification and tap it to share the report.

7. Tap OK in the bug report privacy warning.

8. Select your email app to share the report with.
