If you are using the Ad Manager web tools and find that information is not appearing as expected (for example, a link is shared with a client, they do not see the list of locations, but you do), then the cache may need to be cleared on the user's machine.

On the machine that is not showing the information, follow the instructions below for the browser being used:

  • In Chrome, click Ctrl+H and select Clear browsing data, then make sure only "Cached images and files" is selected
  • In Explorer, click Settings, Internet options, Delete (under General), and just choose "Temporary Internet files and website files"
  • In Firefox, click History, Clear Recent History, select Everything for time range, click Details, Cache, Clear Now.

Once this has been done, you can try the link again.
