Country

The COUNTRY database is used to identify in which Country a Site is located. These data are part of the SITE detail, and especially valuable when the inventory is located in more than one Country. As well, the Country database is used throughtout Ad Manager in its reports and posting cards/instructions.

Adding a New Country

To add a new Country, click on the arrow beside the New icon (New new button without arrow.JPG) for a list of items that can be added. Select OTHER, and then select Country. The Country Details Window will appear, and a new Country can be entered.


Modifying a Country

To modify a Country, click the database from the OTHER folder, then double click the desired item and make the necessary change(s). When completed, click the Save (New save button.JPG) button.


Deleting a Country

To delete a Country, there must be no Sites associated with it. Select the database from the OTHER folder, then double click the desired item. Select the Delete button (New delete button.JPG) for the record. Ad Manager will ask for confirmation to delete the Country.
